With hundreds of free fitness classes and expert talks included in every festival ticket, day tickets are available for Europe’s largest fitness and wellness festival. This year’s two day summer festival will welcome over 150 health and fitness experts and fitness stars across 15 stages and areas.

Saturday’s festival headliners will feature:

  • Endurance athlete and wellness entrepreneur Spencer Matthews
  • Podcaster and mental health advocate Blindboy,
  • TV fitness legend Mr Motivator
  • Caroline O’Mahony, one of Ireland’s most influential online fitness coaches for women.

Sunday headliners include:

  • ‘The Body Coach’ Joe and his wife Rosie Wicks take to the main stage
  • Two-time Olympic gold medallist and boxing icon Kellie Harrington

Fitness influencer Maeve Madden will headline across both days with Queens Don’t Quit workouts.

From pilates, yoga, spin and strength to cooking demos, inspirational talks, open conversations and family‑friendly wellness moments, these headliners are joined alongside more fitness, wellness and health experts over the weekend including Dubliner Iain Ward, known globally as King of Chemo, the cancer awareness advocate with over 9 million Instagram followers who is on a mission to break the world record of raising over £2.3 million for charity through marathon running; comedian and podcaster Kevin Twomey, who returns with his signature high‑energy, laughter‑fuelled spin session; and Olympic boxer Aoife O’Rourke and her fellow world boxing champion sister Lisa O’Rourke, who are also HYROX World Championship gold medallists. They are joined by Cork’s much‑loved food personality Trisha Lewis; festival favourites Coppers The Workout and BBX; bestselling authors and plant‑powered twins The Happy Pear; mental health advocate and musician Bressie, founder of The Skin Nerd Jennifer Rock, TV chef and WellFood host Erica Drum, menopause expert Dr Caoimhe Hartley, and many more.

With only three weeks to go, WellFest has unveiled major new announcements for its 10th‑year celebration, introducing a brand‑new Reformer Pilates area and opening bookings for its popular WellFest Run Club, which will be co‑hosted on Saturday by Spencer Matthews and Olympian Nadia Power, and on Sunday by Aoibhinn Raleigh, founder of Dublin’s beginner‑friendly running group Sole Mates.
